Here is a video showing what speeDRamper does.
This video will briefly show you the actual steps in this workflow. There's a lot more to learn, but it can be this easy if you want it to be!
This is as long as it takes, once you know how. Unpracticed, unscripted, real time.
As the "preset" name implies, there are limits to this brilliant system. See this video to understand why some things need to be done manually.
This was the first speeDRamper teaser that you've probably seen if you're here!
This short demo show the time difference between the speeDRamper system and traditional methods. Not only is it faster, but it is much, much easier!

Welcome!
If you're a DR user, then you know the process for speed ramps and ramped transitions could be much easier.
This system with presets can make a huge difference in your workflow!
These are drag and drop presets for clips moving Forward, Reverse and Sideways/Orbit/Universal motion. The Forward and Reverse ramps include a built in "zoom" transition.
These presets are excellent for a variety of video genres: real estate, auto, lifestyle, travel, creator/influencer.
Once you wrap your head around the system, you'll see many new ideas form for more dynamic and creative projects!
These presets will work with nearly any frame rates and timelines. Having said that, most creators who use these types of effects are shooting in slow motion. These presets are designed with that creator in mind. Recommended 50-60fps footage slowed/conformed into a 24-30fps timeline. 120fps and other framerates work also.
In our high paced world, video scenes are getting faster. The speeDRamper is designed to produce relatively short clips and then trimmed to fit your needs and/or music.
As the name implies, a "Preset" is exactly that. These are meant to be a simple "drag and drop" experience. The value here is the fast simplicity versus doing it the manual way. If you need a highly customize, specifically timed or multiple ramp for a clip, you'll need to do that manually. These are not customizable, and cannot create several ramps within one clip. Although the "Middle" ramps do offer a preset double ramp experience.
The quick start guide will get you up and running fast, but it is vital to truly understand some intricacies covered in the full tutorial. Of particular note, it is very helpful to film your videos correctly for the ideal speed ramp effects. Which is why this site includes a private 24/7 access to educational videos. This is a "system" not merely a pack of presets. Learn how to game the system!
This page will show you what you need to know before purchase. After purchase you will have access here (thru login) to the quick start guide and full tutorial, as well as, very valuable educational info to help you stand out from the competition! Questions?
Works with PC or Mac
You should have a working knowledge of editing within DaVinci Resolve. Ideally this product is for frustrated users who are already doing "speed ramping" and re-timing, looking for an easier option. You are free to message questions, but there is no "tech-support" for those who do not understand the general knowledge and process of video editing.
Yes, you need to create an account and log in to access the presets and view the private tutorials. There is a lot of valuable info in the tutorials and so they are not public.
speeDRamper is built for a "normal" timeline of 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30 fps. Ideal footage is slow motion (50-60fps), also works with 120fps and 24-30 as well. Many of the included demos were from less than ideal footage and they still look great.
Forward and Reverse ramps have a built in "zoom" type transition. It is not modifiable. You can also use the "S" ramps and then add your own blurs and transitions if you know how. There are tutorials for this included.
Drag and Drop in Edit or Cut page, no fusion needed.
Much faster than traditional retiming, complete in 33% of the usual time spent and with better results.
The "bezier curve" is built in and cannot be modified. However it is much more pleasing than the linear curve available with "re-time curve".
The spelling of speeDRamper is capitalized oddly to highlight its compatibility with "DR", DaVinci Resolve.
The first 8 "Quick Start" tutorials will give you a great overview of everything speeDRamper offers.
Renders out as fast as a typical "re-time" speed change does.
Tutorials are HD and should be viewed fullscreen on a laptop or bigger. You may need to enable 1080 on the video player for better resolution, sorry.
